This Ranch Estate project was completed in the early 90s. The existing tennis court was sliding downhill and endangering a number of existing structures. Geo Dynamics mapped out all the improvements, labeled all the fencing, jacked up and removed the buildings, and placed everything just offsite. Then, approximately 9,000 yards of material were removed and replaced with proper drainage and needed utilities.  Finally, all of the fencing, buildings and other improvements were moved back into their original locations. This strategy of extensive reuse is an early example of Geo Dynamics’ commitment to value engineering and eco-conscious construction.
