The Geo Dynamics team continues to work with the Trinchero family and the noted firm of BAR Architects, San Francisco, to construct all site development aspects of this expanding, world class winery, hospitality center and tasting room. We supply value engineering efficiencies and experienced construction crews for this ongoing multi-year project. The completed site work was accomplished in two phases. First we installed an extensive infrastructure which consisted of domestic water, fire protection, processed waste water, storm drain, gas mains, power, communications and signal control and other utilities. The second phase included grading, paving and other construction to create a network of building pads, streets, crush pads, parking lots and service areas. All of this work was coordinated with the Trinchero staff, so they remained fully operational.

Geo Dynamics’ value engineering expertise eliminated a number of expensive retaining walls, construction of which would have necessitated the removal of valuable oak trees. Eco-friendly, cost saving alternatives were adopted and the oaks were saved.
